- Throw her a towline and tow her ship to port."She's headed for the scrapyard," the old captain says, rubbing her injured shoulder. "Forty years as a Guild weather ship, and I'm the last of her crew. Tow me to port and we'll talk about my wind-bell."

At the dock, a ship-breaker taps the old hull's ribs with a mallet and names a scrap price. The old captain ignores him and turns to you.
"Every sailor who ever served aboard her loved the open sky," she says. "I'd rather tow her out and burn her cleanly in open air than let them chop her into scrap planks. Help me give her a proper pyre, and her wind-calling bell is yours."
Nearby on the dock steps, a young woman with chalk on her sleeves stares intently at the old ship.
